I have eaten a friends homemade deer jerky the last couple days….. And it has left my restless leg syndrome acting up.

Jerky is making my legs jerky.

I don’t know what they used to make the jerky but it sure doesn’t agree with me!

Need to get back on strict Whole30 again. I didn’t have any RLS symptoms for 30 days.
